ബെംഗളൂരു: സ്നേഹം നടിച്ചെത്തി കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ വിശ്വാസം പിടിച്ചുപറ്റിയ ശേഷം സഹോദരിമാരെ ലൈംഗികമായി പീഡിപ്പിക്കുകയും ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് രൂപയും സ്വർണവും തട്ടിയെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത യുവാവ് അറസ്റ്റിൽ. ഉത്തർപ്രദേശ് സ്വദേശിയായ ശുഭം ശുക്ലയെയാണ് (29) ബാഗൽഗുണ്ട പൊലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത്. യുവതിയെയും അവരുടെ പ്രായപൂർത്തിയാകാത്ത സഹോദരിയെയും പീഡിപ്പിച്ചതിനും വഞ്ചനാക്കുറ്റത്തിനുമാണ് നടപടി.

ഒരു സിനിമയെ വെല്ലുന്ന ചതിക്കുഴികളാണ് പ്രതി ഈ കുടുംബത്തിനായി ഒരുക്കിയത്. ആദ്യം പ്രായപൂർത്തിയാകാത്ത പെൺകുട്ടിയുമായി സൗഹൃദം സ്ഥാപിച്ച ശുഭം, പിന്നീട് ആ കുടുംബവുമായി അടുത്ത ബന്ധമുണ്ടാക്കി. ഈ അടുപ്പം മുതലെടുത്ത് പെൺകുട്ടിയുടെ മൂത്ത സഹോദരിയുമായി പ്രണയത്തിലാവുകയും വിവാഹവാഗ്ദാനം നൽകി മൂന്നു വർഷത്തോളം ബെംഗളൂരുവിൽ ലിവ്-ഇൻ പങ്കാളികളായി താമസിക്കുകയുമായിരുന്നു.

താമസത്തിനിടെ യുവതിയുടെ പക്കൽ നിന്നും പലപ്പോഴായി 20 ലക്ഷം രൂപയും 200 ഗ്രാമോളം സ്വർണാഭരണങ്ങളും പ്രതി കൈക്കലാക്കി. എന്നാൽ ഇതിനിടയിലാണ് ശുഭം ശുക്ല വിവാഹിതനാണെന്ന ഞെട്ടിക്കുന്ന വിവരം യുവതി അറിയുന്നത്. ഇക്കാര്യം ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ഉടൻ വിവാഹമോചനം നേടുമെന്നും തന്നെ വിവാഹം കഴിക്കുമെന്നും പറഞ്ഞ് ഇയാൾ യുവതിയെ വിശ്വസിപ്പിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ പീഡനവും സാമ്പത്തിക ചൂഷണവും തുടർന്നതോടെ യുവതി പൊലീസിൽ പരാതി നൽകുകയായിരുന്നു.

പൊലീസ് അന്വേഷണത്തിലാണ് പ്രതിയുടെ ക്രൂരതയുടെ മറ്റൊരു വശം കൂടി പുറത്തുവന്നത്. യുവതിയുടെ പ്രായപൂർത്തിയാകാത്ത സഹോദരിയെയും പ്രതി ലൈംഗികമായി പീഡിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു. പെൺകുട്ടിയുടെ മൊഴി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയതോടെ പ്രതിക്കെതിരെ പോക്സോ നിയമപ്രകാരവും കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു. വഞ്ചന, മോഷണം, ബലാത്സംഗം തുടങ്ങിയ വകുപ്പുകൾക്ക് പുറമെയാണ് പോക്സോ കൂടി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

സൈബർ ഇടങ്ങളിലും മറ്റും പരിചയപ്പെടുന്നവരുമായി ബന്ധം സ്ഥാപിക്കുമ്പോൾ ജാഗ്രത പാലിക്കണമെന്നും ഇത്തരം ചതിക്കുഴികളിൽ വീഴാതിരിക്കാൻ ജാഗ്രത വേണമെന്നും പൊലീസ് മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നൽകുന്നു. കേസിൽ കൂടുതൽ അന്വേഷണം നടന്നു വരികയാണെന്ന് ബാഗൽഗുണ്ട പൊലീസ് അറിയിച്ചു.
